Look for something positive in each day. Create positive and strong beliefs. Don’t let your hours and days just pass by. Do what you believe in and surround yourself with people who loves you. Appreciate the people who do love you and never take them for granted.
Just as an example of something positive, driving around NYC can be pretty frustrating with the traffic. But with the right attitude, my lovely family with me, and my camera I found beauty in the whole day of traffic.
Through the years i have learned that when you love what you do, and when the passion you feel for it is strong, you will commit to it, you will have the patience to follow through it and you will succeed with what you set your mind to. My theory is that you don’t succeed in anything you don’t like to do.
Trust yourself and be your own best friend.

For the moment I’m inspired by the sea and the life near water! I’m thinking Blue. You obviously don’t need to live near the ocean to decorate your home like it; you can achieve it by simply adding Blue. Any shade of blue can work but my favorite is navy blue.
You can create the feeling of coastal living by adding pillows, curtains, blankets and kitchen textiles. By doing so you can change and renew your home in the easiest way. It is always wonderful to freshen up your home, coming the upcoming spring and summer, with some new decor. Beautiful, simple patterns and bright colors are on the top of my list right now.. As I always often say, “it’s the little things that make the big difference”.

One day I came home later than usual, like always I do my thing and suddenly I see this beautiful bird at my place. Well, at least I thought it was my home, but soon it became his. My sister had one spare key of my apartment so I called her and said there is a bird here. It’s yours she said. Of course she bought it for me. I immediately fell in love with him and I started to cry. I cried because I was so happy, it was tears of joy. He was so harmless, so beautiful, so curious and so lovable.
I couldn’t take my eyes of him. I still cant when I look back and see pictures of him. He really was everything to me, to all of us. He was a blessing and he brought so much joy into our lives. Soon he learned to use words. Words that still wispers into my ears. “Love you” he said. Ricky was flirty, he always whistled and said “mach mach” which means “kiss kiss”. He didn’t just say kiss, he also always kissed me. Later on he got a girlfriend and they got two babies. We named them Love and Saga. Such an experience. He is and will always be a big part of our lives.
I write this because I want to honor him and the best years we had together. Ricky wasn’t just a bird, he was a family member. Thank you our lovely Ricky for everything you brought us, we will never forget and will always remember.
Both you and your kisses are sorely missed. Ricky became 7 years and about 3 months.
