I’m pleased to celebrate the architect Mr Ramón Esteve, who designed this magical residence on a cliffside over the Mediterranean sea in Jávea, Spain.
Everything with this house is marvelous and very thought through. The outdoor is magical and enchanting, not to mention the inside, which measures up fully with the outdoor. One thing is certain: I love stone or concrete walls and Mr Esteve designed the house with a lot of concrete.
Privacy is important right?! This house is very open, spacious and with a lot of glass but the entrance of the house is very private and more closed off that the rest of it. Well done Mr Esteve!
There is of course an infinity edge pool, which is a swimming or reflecting pool which produces a visual effect of water extending to the horizon. You can also see the outside pool with a large glass that connects it to the indoor pool area. The light passes through the glass panel, which brings a sense of the outdoors to the indoor pool. Besides the pool; the basement level houses guest bedrooms, a gym, a sauna, a dressing room, service and parking areas.
Throughout the years I have noticed that people, or buyers, first and foremost want beautiful design and architecture; something that makes them feel unique or even better something that is both unique and customized. This breathtaking house is for sure one of a kind.
